Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead the frontend and backend development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across all devices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase, ensuring high security standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote-first team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
