Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define features and user stories.
- Performance Tuning: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of learning.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment to production environments.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
