Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, build, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python).
- System Optimization: Analyze system requirements and implement scalable solutions to improve application performance and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews and perform unit testing.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive project momentum.
- Technical Guidance: Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Database Skills: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
