Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
