Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimization: Monitor application performance and optimize databases and APIs for speed and scalability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product reliability and reduce bugs.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, or Vue.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
