Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Lead the development of front-end interfaces and back-end APIs with a focus on performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers) to define and deliver features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with comprehensive unit tests.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimize application speed and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
