Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
