Responsibilities
- Design scalable microservices using Node.js and AWS
- Lead React/Angular frontend development for enterprise dashboards
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Drive agile sprint planning and backlog grooming

Qualifications
- 5+ years full-stack development experience
