Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Lead API development and integration with third-party financial services
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
