Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 100% uptime for clients.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and database management (PostgreSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a remote-first team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
