In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex design systems and pixel-perfect implementation. You will take ownership of our frontend architecture, ensuring high performance, accessibility, and a seamless user experience across all devices.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, primarily React and TypeScript.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize rendering performance to ensure the application loads instantly and runs smoothly.
- Collaborative Design: Partner closely with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into production-ready code, maintaining design fidelity and brand consistency.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; lead rigorous code reviews to enforce engineering best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical architecture discussions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
- Core Proficiency: Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components).
- State Management: Strong understanding of state management solutions (Redux, Context API, MobX) and HTTP protocols (REST, GraphQL).
- Tools & CI/CD: Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and agile development workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
