Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of responsive, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, SCSS).
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
- Excellent understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
