Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability by writing clean, semantic, and efficient code.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and architectural standards are met.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in both front-end and back-end environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (SASS/LESS).
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
