Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable UI: Design and implement robust, responsive, and accessible frontend architectures using React and TypeScript.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct code reviews and audits to ensure our applications load instantly and run smoothly across all devices.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with UX designers and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into pixel-perfect code.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Modern Standards: Enforce best practices for CSS methodologies (Sass/Tailwind) and JavaScript ES6+.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of commercial projects.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Tools: Deep understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and web performance optimization tools (Lighthouse, Webpack).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for a high-paced London environment.
