Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and develop high-quality, responsive front-end web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across all devices.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to translate wireframes and mockups into robust, pixel-perfect code.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Component Libraries: Develop and maintain reusable UI components and libraries to improve development efficiency.
- Testing & Debugging: Identify and fix bugs in existing code; implement automated testing strategies to ensure code reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, or SASS).
- Framework Expertise: Deep understanding of React.js or Vue.js, including state management (Redux, Vuex) and component lifecycle.
- Build Tools: Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Grunt.
- Version Control: Strong proficiency in Git and working within agile/Scrum development environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
