Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain advanced industrial machinery across Northern California
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting using provided specialized equipment
- Document service reports and maintain digital maintenance logs
- Train junior technicians on equipment protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize equipment performance
- Adhere to OSHA and industry-specific safety regulations
- Respond to emergency service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in industrial equipment maintenance or field service
- Technical certification in HVAC, hydraulics, or electromechanical systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and digital reporting tools
- Ability to travel 70% of time with overnight stays
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
