Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial automation equipment
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and system repairs
- Document maintenance procedures and equipment performance metrics
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation protocols
- Collaborate with engineering team on equipment upgrades
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Technical certification in electromechanical systems
- Proficiency with PLC programming and diagnostic software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
