Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Manage PPC campaigns with $50K+ monthly budgets, optimizing for ROAS and CPA
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead cross-functional projects with design and development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Present quarterly performance reports to C-suite executives with actionable insights
- Mentor junior marketers and conduct A/B testing for campaign optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI-driven campaigns
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools
- Advanced analytics skills with data visualization expertise (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Marketing
