Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Automate deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent CI/CD tools
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance SLAs
- Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus/Grafana) and incident response protocols
- Lead container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development workflows
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with 3+ years hands-on experience
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP Certified DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
