Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and tuning
- Implement robust security protocols including IAM, network ACLs, and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across the organization
- Coordinate incident response and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver seamless cloud integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/GKE)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC security best practices
- Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP Architect/Specialist preferred)
- Proven track record in optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
