Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab CI and container orchestration via Kubernetes
- Lead security-first DevOps practices including vulnerability scanning and compliance automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and monitor high-availability microservices
- Develop incident response protocols and disaster recovery frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and champion DevOps best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and configuration management
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and container technologies
- Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, or CISM) or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of optimizing system performance and reducing operational costs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
