We are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our elite team in Kansas City. Responsibilities
- Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively resolving incidents.
- Automate provisioning, deployment, and configuration management.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineering staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).
- Deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and version control (Git).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
