Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime and cost efficiency
- Lead security compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Collaborate with product teams to deploy scalable microservices
- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices
- Automate infrastructure monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana
- Manage disaster recovery plans and incident response protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with AWS/GCP expertise
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go)
- Kubernetes certification (CKA/CKAD) or equivalent experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Background in financial tech or healthcare compliance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
