Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced ML models for predictive analytics and business optimization
- Analyze large-scale datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for C-suite executives
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation
- Design A/B testing frameworks to measure impact of data-driven initiatives
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Proven experience with cloud data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, classification, time series)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
