Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Analyze large-scale datasets using Python, R, and SQL to extract actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and R programming languages
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or relevant industry certifications preferred
