Responsibilities
- Transform complex raw data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support reporting needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Python or R is a strong plus.
