Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with healthcare industry background
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
