Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop advanced predictive models and statistical analyses to optimize healthcare operations
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with HIPAA and industry standards
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare industry exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift/GCP BigQuery)
- Strong statistical modeling and machine learning implementation skills
- Certifications in Tableau, AWS, or Google Cloud Analytics highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
