Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support reporting requirements.
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
