Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures on AWS and Azure platforms
- Lead enterprise migration projects with zero-downtime strategies
- Develop cloud governance frameworks and cost optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architectural reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps automation
- Present technical roadmaps to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with AWS/Azure certifications
- Proven track record leading enterprise cloud migrations ($1M+ projects)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in security frameworks (CIS, NIST) and compliance
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
