Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure platforms
- Lead cloud migration projects and optimize system performance
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define cloud-based solutions
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot complex cloud environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proven track record in high-availability system design
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
