Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS/GCP services (Lambda, S3, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures with 99.99% SLAs
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture improvements and resource monitoring
- Conduct security audits and implement IAM policies and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to implement best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Understanding of security frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
