Responsibilities

- Develop detailed requirements documentation and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project goals and deliverables
- Create data visualizations and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects from conception to execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and requirement-gathering techniques
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering successful business solutions
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly desirable
