Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Python and Go.Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Optimize database performance and implement best practices for data modeling.Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain code quality.Participate in incident management and root cause analysis for production issues.Drive technical innovation and advocate for engineering best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in backend software development.Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with a deep understanding of data structures.Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing.Strong understanding of cloud principles (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
