Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of our critical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Product) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a 24/7 production environment.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Optimize database queries and system architecture for speed and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Must be available and willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
