Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance backend services using Python and Go.
- Design and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL and Redis) for scalability and speed.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and Frontend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in production environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive financial data.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce sector.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases with performance tuning expertise.
- Strong grasp of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
