Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a 3-year technical strategy that aligns with market trends and the company's 2026 vision.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design resilient, scalable software architectures capable of handling the exponential growth expected by 2026.
- AI Integration Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and LLMs into core business workflows to drive automation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and refactor legacy codebases to ensure zero-latency operations.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect data assets as we scale to meet 2026 regulatory standards.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong command of distributed systems and microservices.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record architecting on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with MLOps, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and a passion for the future of AI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
