- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., autonomous agents, quantum AI) to identify strategic opportunities.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, data security, and algorithmic transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core business products.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering with 5+ years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards.
