Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive strategy for the integration of autonomous agents and neural networks into enterprise workflows.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing deployment.
- Ethical Oversight: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols for all AI systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, and product design, to ensure technical feasibility.
- System Scalability: Design scalable architectures capable of handling exabytes of data with zero-latency response times.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading AI strategy from conception to production deployment.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
