Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to outline key milestones, technology acquisitions, and infrastructure upgrades for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Strategic AI Integration: Oversee the integration of autonomous AI agents and predictive modeling into existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical visions into actionable insights for C-suite executives and board members.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging trends in quantum computing and machine learning to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding junior architects and data scientists in strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI engineering, software architecture, or strategic technology planning.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast long-term industry trends and align them with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
