Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of advanced machine learning models targeting deployment by 2026.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large language models (LLMs) and neural networks for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Publication: Author and present high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Code Review: Maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the research department.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research, software engineering, or applied machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with GPU clusters.
- Language Models: Deep understanding of transformer architectures and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, open-ended research problems.
