Responsibilities

- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical and quantum machine learning models.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI division.
- Ensure rigorous data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, elegant technical architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strong understanding of quantum algorithms and their practical applications in modern ML.
