Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and define the technical strategy for our upcoming AI and quantum integration projects.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of quantum-enhanced data.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop and refine machine learning algorithms to run efficiently on hybrid classical-quantum hardware.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists in cutting-edge technologies.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols for sensitive data handling in distributed environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
