Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning and quantum computing systems from the ground up.
- Lead the R&D team in developing proprietary AI models for predictive analytics and automation.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed and efficiency in distributed environments.
- Define best practices for data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and major frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
