Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures for Generative AI applications, focusing on performance and cost-efficiency.
- Lead the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and context awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer-facing products and backend systems.
- Optimize inference latency and resource utilization for large-scale LLM deployments on GPU clusters.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model versioning, and A/B testing of AI features.
- Advocate for responsible AI, ensuring models are fair, transparent, and safe.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and embedding strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
