Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines for real-time edge AI applications
- Lead research in federated learning and zero-shot knowledge transfer
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Optimize transformer architectures for 3D medical imaging analysis
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize AI algorithms
- Mentor junior engineers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years ML engineering with 3+ in transformer architectures
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML with publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Experience deploying AI in regulated industries (FDA/ISO compliance)
- Proficiency in MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow)
