Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Research and experiment with new deep learning architectures and algorithms to improve model performance.
- Optimize existing models for speed, scalability, and accuracy on cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to define AI-driven features and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor model performance in production and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience deploying models to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
