Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines using PyTorch/TensorFlow for real-time inference systems
- Lead development of generative AI models with 10B+ parameter capabilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for enterprise clients
- Optimize neural networks for edge deployment on quantum-secure hardware
- Drive MLOps automation with Kubeflow and custom CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML development with production-level NLP/CV systems
- PhD in Computer Science/ML or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)
- Proficiency in distributed computing (Ray, Dask) and GPU optimization
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
