Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale deep learning models for NLP and Computer Vision.
- Optimize existing inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve cost efficiency.
- Lead the MLOps strategy, ensuring model governance, versioning, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers on best practices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG, and Vector Databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for ethical AI development.
