Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new tools and frameworks to keep our technology stack future-proof.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (5+ years of relevant experience).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven experience deploying AI models to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in data engineering, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
